Vegan Thai Curry Noodle Thing That Is Delicious




2 bell peppers

1 stalk of broccoli

½ red onion

1 block extra firm tofu

1 Tbsp miso

1 cup shredded carrot

½ box rice noodle

¼ tsp ground ginger

½ tsp ground turmeric

 tsp ground cloves

1 Tbsp yellow curry powder

1 tsp garum masala

3 Tbsp honey

1 pinch cayenne pepper


Cut tofu into small cubes and cook in a pan with oil until cooked.

Prepare rice noodles separately.

Cook onions, bell pepper, and carrots and broccoli until soft.

Combine all ingredients smd spices into large bowl or pot.
